We learned some very valuable lessons over the course of our campaign and here’s what we know.

1) People love the idea of a company dedicated to increasing sexual satisfaction for everyone using healthy, good for your body, good for the world products. There is a lot of confusion about what is on the market and how to use it. People are intimidated by the industry and grossed out by the weird stuff that seems to be in most topical products. Our wipes, our lubricants, our lotions and our scents will all be as simply and naturally created as possible. We will offer complete transparency as to what each ingredient is for and what it does for you.

2) People are shy about sex. This should have been a “no duh”, but we were interested in learning how people would respond to social media about intimacy. It turns out, we had the highest percentage of anonymous contributors on our campaign! Simply put, this is not a one to many conversation, but instead a one to one conversation. This may have also affected the ability to raise funds on Indiegogo. Campaigns are most successful when people are willing to share them, and we understand that people might have been a bit shy to forward this onto their friends. We’ve heard you quiet and clear. We’ll work on creating content that is just for you.

3) Sexual Health Education is something most everyone wants to get behind. We’ve been so inspired by those of you that have written personal messages to our team sharing why teaching these lessons matter. We are determined to create great partnerships to improve the way we all learn about sex and cherish intimacy.

4) And lastly, You want a Make Love More App! We cannot believe how quickly people rallied around a private, personalized app that helps improve your health, wellness, and helps you join the the Sexual Satisfaction Revolution! We weren’t planning on launching this part of our business until next year, but the market is telling us it might be time to move quickly and join this opportunity. This will of course require more funding, and we are heading out on a road show to find it.
